Jean is a leader in Professional Services and IT. Her prowess for strategy, process optimization, Internal and External Communications coupled with exceptional project management skills make Jean a widely sought after talent for companies that want to jumpstart growth and profitability.
Jean’s consulting expertise was honed as a leader for companies such as Orange where she held the position of Americas Head of Strategy, PMO, Sales Operations, Marketing and Communications. Prior to that role, Jean managed Performance Management for all Customer Services and Operations functions globally. This included COGS optimization and Customer Experience management. Her Program Management of numerous Lean and Six Sigma Projects focused on improving customer experience and productivity. Under Jean’s guidance, Orange implemented the ITIL customer service management framework globally achieving the first ISO20K for a company of its size and geographic diversity.
Prior to Orange Jean held leadership positions with Deloitte Consulting and Ernst & Young focusing on defining and program management of growth strategy for both top tier services companies. As a senior manager, her expertise was Supply Chain Reengineering, M&A, and ERP Oracle / PeopleSoft Implementation. Jean started her career with Frito-Lay, a division of PepsiCo and held various roles in Operations and Finance including Head of Productivity Programs and Controller R&D Manufacturing. Jean has acquired additional consumer products sector experience from working with PepsiCo International, Anheuser Busch, and the Nabisco Biscuit Company.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, Jean earned a Bachelor of Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. She continued her education pursuing a Masters in Finance from the University of Dallas; a Certification in Facilitation and Training from McMaster University; and Project Management Professional accreditation through PMI. Jean holds a Six Sigma Black Belt, ITIL V3 certification, and ISO20000 Consultant Certification. She is a contributing member of Georgia Techs Women’s Alumnae Network, Women in Engineering, the Institute of Industrial Engineers (IIE), and the IT Service Management Foundation (itSMF).
Jean resides in Alpharetta, GA with her 2 children, daughter Ashby and son PJ, along with myriad of rescued terriers. Jean currently working with the Women in Engineering organization on Global Women in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) Leadership Summit. This event is dedicated to giving women in STEM access to powerful tools, strategies and networks to advance their careers and realize their full potential.
