Over 20 years ago, I reinvented a product and launched a web site from scratch to sell it. Throughout almost 20 years, I invented other products, sourced products from US, Canada, Mexico, Korea, Taiwan plants and opened a small plant in China. Sales came from on-line direct markets via keyword search while also selling to distributors. Eventually I started another company (splitting the sales channels) and profitably sold them both – thus retirement and my availability.
I am very familiar with the challenges small companies face – the ‘founder’ does it all and must know how to prioritize time and tasks.
