I have mostly worked in large corporations in different functions including engineering, R&D, project management, sales and business unit management. In my last role as a VP of a business unit at a global electrical and electronics manufacturing company, I managed the business unit P L exceeding $180M with headcount of more than 200. In my various roles until retirement in October 2018, I focused on market share gain, new customer development, cost reduction and managing the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow. In my last role, I grew the business at a Compounded Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of ~10% over a 7 year period. The NPS score of my business unit was better than many competitors in a similar business. My employee satisfaction rating was also one of the highest in the division.
